Stephen J. Voto, M.D.
Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Restore Orthobiologics
Stephen J Voto MD is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Restore Orthobiologics in Columbus, Ohio and is in private practice at Southeast Regional Orthopaedic Center in Lancaster, Ohio.  Dr. Voto attended the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 1980 with a degree in Chemistry. He attended medical school at the Ohio State University graduating in 1984. From there, he completed residency training in Orthopaedics at Akron City (Summa) and Akron Children’s Hospitals in 1989. Dr. Voto founded Ohio Orthopaedic Center in Lancaster, Ohio that same year and left in 2008. During that time he was instrumental in developing Riverview Medical Center, Perry County Medical Center and outreach orthopedic clinics in several of the surrounding underserved counties. In 2008, while continuing in general orthopaedics, he started developing a subspecialty practice in the emerging field of Orthobiologics, using stem cells and blood products to treat arthritis.
 
Dr. Voto is board-certified/ re-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the Academy. He is published in peer review journals and is currently active in research and IRB studies.
Gladstone C McDowell II, M.D.
Co-founder and Chief Compliance/Patient Safety Officer of Restore Orthobiologics
Gladstone C McDowell II, MD is the co-founder and Chief Compliance/Patient Safety Officer of Restore Orthobiologics in Columbus, Ohio and is in private practice at Integrated Pain Solutions also in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. McDowell attended medical school at the University of Texas Health science center at San Antonio.  He completed his residency in Anesthesia at the University of Colorado in Denver. He performed a Pain Management Fellowship in the Department of Anesthesia at the Ohio State Pain Control Center. After leaving training he began practice in the field of pain management and was instrumental in developing several hospital-based programs in Columbus.

Dr. McDowell is board certified in Pain Management. He is also a certified Patient Safety Officer. A member of American Academy of Pain Management, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and North American Neuromodulation Society. Dr. McDowell is published in peer-review journals and is active in research and IRB studies.

Board Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Surgery 1975. Practicing ClinicalPerfusionist since 1970. Author and Co-Author of 20 published articles in Professional peer-reviewed journals and Author of chapters in two Professional Medical Textbooks. Established Platelet/Leukocyte Rich Platelet Gel Program in 2000 and Autologous Stem Cell Transplant Program in 2001 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Assisted the following Services with PRP and Stem Cell treatments: Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatric Surgery, Spine Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery.
